| Current Source
The current source is a circuit used in amplifiers
to maintain a constant bias current at the output stage, and
compensate for voltage variations in power supply. It
is commonly used Class A and Class AB amplifiers, and differential
amplifiers as shown in previous pages.
Note, a typical collector current might be 3 mA, for best
low distortion, and minimum sink idle current .
